The facility is a 39,000 SF hybrid structure of two pre-engineered
metal buildings connected by a structural steel building with a standing
seam metal roof. The building is clad with masonry and plaster. The
project was completed for $78/SF. The building consists of two regulation
basketball courts, two raquetball courts, weight room, exercise rooms,
kitchen, meeting rooms, hobby and crafts rooms, and administrative
offices for the Brushy Creek M.U.D. The project received an outstanding
construction award from the Austin Business Journal. |
