Description: Description: New construction of a Fire/EMS Station consisting of a 3400 SF apparatus bay and a 5000 SF living area. The structural steel building has a masonry and wood frame structure featuring a brick and natural stone veneer covered by a metal roof with rigid insulation. Other notable features of the project include terrazzo flooring in the living areas, sealed concrete/epoxy flooring in the apparatus bay, an earth walled detention/filtration pond, MEP systems with backup generator, refueling station, and a vehicle exhaust system.
