| Description: |
New
construction of a Fire/EMS Station consisting of a 3400 SF apparatus
bay and a 5000 SF living area. The structural steel building has a
masonry and wood frame structure featuring a brick and split-face
CMU veneer covered by a metal roof with rigid insulation. Other notable
features of the project include terrazzo flooring in the living areas,
sealed concrete/epoxy flooring in the apparatus bays, a concrete walled
detention/filtration pond, septic system, MEP systems with a generator
backup, refueling station, and a vehicle exhaust system. |
