Description: The 5,000 SF building houses offices, a meeting room, kitchen, interior &
exterior restrooms, and storage space. Exterior finishes includes leuders & sawn limestone
with E.I.F.S. detailing, a prefinished standing seam roof, and colored and stamped sidewalks.
The park also includes a 5,000 SF pavilion with finishes that match the office building, two
tennis courts, one basketball court, two playgrounds for different age children, and a wood
framed pavillion. Landscaping consistes of natural and imported trees, ground cover, boulders retained from the site, split-faced CMU walls, and a full irrigation system.
