The facility is a 39,000 SF hybrid structure of two pre-engineered metal buildings connected by a structural steel building with a standing seam metal roof. The exterior is clad with masonry and plaster. The building consists of two regulation basketball courts, two racquetball courts, weight room, exercise rooms, kitchen, meeting rooms, hobby and crafts rooms, and administrative offices for the Brushy Creek M.U.D. The project was completed for $78/SF, and received an outstanding construction award from the Austin Business Journal & the Austin AGC.
