The project consisted of two new 13,000 SF classroom wing additions. Construction was steel frame, metal bar joists with insulated metal decking and standing seam roof panels to match the existing building. The exterior metal stud walls with gyp sheathing were finished out with a masonry veneer. Interior finishes included carpeting, plastic laminate wall panels in corridors, red oak millwork with laminate countertops in classrooms, acoustical ceilings, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
