This District facility is a 6,250 SF structural CMU building clad with split-faced masonry. The facility contains two 750 SF classrooms, an 1,800 SF workshop, a 2,150 SF mezzanine, a teacher’s office and restrooms. Included in the project was the construction of four regulation size tennis courts.
