New construction of 26,300 SF new band hall that includes a main band hall, an auxiliary band hall, 12 practice rooms, instrument storage lockers, percussion room, uniform storage, 3 classrooms, dressing rooms for the theater department, offices and restrooms.   The renovations include remodeling 48,700 SF of the existing high school.   This work includes converting the old band hall into a new dance studio with dressing rooms and converting existing classrooms into computer and science labs.   The interior finishes include vinyl composition tile, carpet, wood flooring for the dance studio, painted concrete masonry units, acoustical wall panels and acoustical ceiling tile.
