The project consists of four 40,990 SF buildings. Each building has a
13,197 SF steel and concrete first floor parking garage, a 13,235 SF wood frame second floor with five condominium units, and a 14,358 SF wood frame third floor with five condominium units. The third floor units each include a loft space, as well. The exterior of the building is stone masonry and plaster with a standing seam metal roof, and ceramic tile floors at all terraces and walkways. Each building has an elevator as well as two enclosed stair towers.
