This 42,000 SF facility included 36,000 SF of hangar space and 6,000 SF of office space. Hangar space includes 30' eaves and 40' ridge heights to accommodate G5 aircraft, white epoxy floor coating, and a pre-action fire sprinkler system. Office finishes include carpet and acoustical ceilings, while restrooms are finished with ceramic tile. Site work included landscaping, asphalt paving, a concealed 30,000 gallon hazardous waste holding tank, and security fencing.
