The structure is partially a pre-engineered steel building with load-bearing wood stud framing along with pre-engineered wood trusses. The exterior veneer is split face and burnished CMU block, split face limestone, and hardi-plank siding. Interior finishes consist of ceramic tile and carpet flooring, stained casework and doors, and acoustical ceilings. Sitework includes concrete paving, landscaping and irrigation.
