15,000 Sanctuary and building renovations, including a total reconfiguration of altar area,
refurbishing of wood pews and cushions, new pipe chambers and coordination for installation
of new pipe organ, upgrade of HVAC systems to include new chiller, new clay tile sanctuary
roof with required structural repairs, and upgrade of sound system. The work keeps the
original look and design of this historic sanctuary in tact, while making provisions for a new
pipe organ and larger altar area.
