This project consisted of interior and exterior renovations of an existing complex covering
32 buildings, 200,000 square feet, and new landscaping of all grounds around the property.
Also included were new leasing offices, new clubhouse, laundries and new covered parking
canopies. The project was broken into four different neighborhoods, each requiring unique
design elements. The entire complex is built on the top and side of a hill and some buildings
had as little as 12 feet between them. Since the complex was operational during the entire
project, close coordination was required to keep management of maintenance items from
becoming confused with the scope of new construction.
