The 8,074 SF new building, Parish Hall, is slab on grade, wood framing, with split face limestone block and cast stone accent and trim pieces. The roof is standing seam panels with gutters and downspouts to match existing main church building and TPO roof at mechanical area. The interior of the building consists of a new fire suppression and alarm system, kitchen with new appliances, main meeting room with an elevated platform for presentations, new audio visual equipment, vesting room, narthex, and two meeting rooms with the unique feature of opening up to the main meeting room via operable wall panels. Other standout features included polished concrete throughout entire building, beautiful custom wood Anderson Windows, unique suspended lighting fixtures, and vaulted wood paneled ceiling in main meeting room and narthex.
