The Seguin Family Health Center is a new 20,670 square foot facility that represents a partnership between Bluebonnet Trails Community Services and Community Health Centers of South Central Texas, Inc. This new building replaces multiple offices scattered over several city blocks and provides a single location for the local areas mental health, physical, and dental needs. The building consists of slab on grade foundation, structural steel frame, with standing seam metal and modified bituminous roofing. Exterior finishes consist of prefinished Hardi siding, brick veneer, cement plaster, sun louvers, stacked rock gabion walls and exposed steel. The interior has spacious reception / waiting areas, day rooms, offices, exam rooms and a large conference area with attached kitchen facility. Interior finishes include vinyl plank flooring, carpet tile, ceramic tile, and vinyl wall covering. The Seguin Family Health Center staff, and Braun and Butler are extremely proud of this new facility as well as the positive impact it will have on the community.
