The Project scope included the shell construction of a single story office/warehouse flex building approx. 5,900 SF of un-sprinkled area. Plumbing rough-in below slab level for restrooms are also included in shell. Restrooms, demising wall, and office walls shall be part of tenant finish out. Installation of 3/4" domestic water meter for the building as well as 3/4" irrigation meter.
