This elementary school project is a commercial kitchen renovation consisting of complete demolition of interior walls, structural steel modifications, new underslab plumbing, epoxy floors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing fixtures, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, lighting, ceilings, doors frames, and hardware. It is upgraded with new communications, data, visual menu displays for the serving lines, along with all new finishes including ceramic tiling on walls. The kitchen is comprised of new stainless appliances, shelves, and counter-tops throughout. It has a new walk-in refrigerator and walk-in freezer with additional dry storage and shelving. In addition, a new CMU wall layout wall built between the serving line and Cafeteria. This project also included repainting of the Cafeteria walls.
