Tenant finish out of a new Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) facility in an existing building. Interior demolition work was required for the below slabs’ additional plumbing drain lines. The new construction provided 12 exam rooms, treatment room, blood draw lab, drug storage room, secured access control system with ADA capabilities, employee breakroom, and restrooms for employees, patients, and families.
