This 18,000sf facility provides outpatient services for both mental health and mental retardation clients. The single story building is separated by functional area and each contains both treatment facilities as well as staff and support areas. The interior has durable finishes in order to reduce maintenance costs. The exterior is a combination of synthetic plaster, and stone and brick masonry. The exterior finishes were also selected for durability and low maintenance.
