Construction for this new 13,000 SF, 2 story facility includes 4 dormitories, numerous offices, 2 kitchens (one for the crew and one for community events), a large conference/training room, fitness room, day room, and 4 apparatus bays. Interior finishes included stained red oak casework, ceramic tile, and carpet. Exterior finishes include EIFS, split face CMU, and metal siding. The first floor is built against an existing steep drop off, while a portion of the second floor is built on the upper elevation.
