This project consisted of a 10,916sf two story building designed to serve as the headquarters for a nonprofit business development foundation. The structure includes slab on grade with piers and structural steel. The exterior is finished with a combination of glass, plaster and cementitious siding. The foundation logo is incorporated into the exterior structure of the building. The interior has multiple open office areas and conference room spaces finished with stained concrete or carpet floors and exposed structure ceilings. The building is located in a redeveloped urban space adjacent to an urban rail station. The project received a LEED Gold designation from the US Green Building Council.
