Tenant finish out of a new Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) facility in an existing building with interior demolition work included. Structural additions and modifications were required to the existing building shell. Below slab improvements were done for the new plumbing and electrical systems. This location is the first clinic dedicated solely to clinical research. The scope of construction work consisted of 8 exam rooms, 10 provider workstations, drug storage room with coolers, conference room, manager & doctors’ offices, employee breakroom, employee & family restrooms, and secure access control with ADA capabilities.
