THIS WEEK'S ACCOMPLISHMENT
- Area A passed framing and electrical inspection on walls. This is a big step. Next area inspection 2 to 3 weeks out.
- Entire building passed Plumbing inspection in walls. This allows us to start insulation on pipes in walls.
- Electrical and mechanical continue to rough in areas B & C
- One side of sheet rock on furr downs (demountable walls) has started in A area. Lots of high work will take a lot of time to finish.
- Roofing base sheet 100% Beam and manufacturers base sheet inspection ok. Top sheet started.
- Last of blocking for folding partitions. All vendors ok with blocking and field check verifications except for FMG
Folding partition blocking installed. Tracks ordered due late July
NEXT WEEK'S ACTIVITIES
- Top sheet on roof weather permitting. Parapet cap to start
- Continue to rough in mechanical and electrical in areas B & C
- Tape and float large electrical room. This will let us prepare for main gear swap out in August.
- Framing of furr downs and walls in B & C
- All large piping on sprinkler due to complete and inspect up high.
- Manhole work should start.
All plumbing in walls passed inspection. Started insulation.
Lots of duct and furr downs in area A.
